History
In April of 2002, at the request of Garchen Rinpoche and several sincere disciples, His Holiness Chetsang Rinpoche authorized a traditional three-year retreat to be held in India. Through the efforts of many people, our inspirational prayers have now come to fruition.
Under the auspices of the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang Rinpoche and Kyabje Garchen Triptrul Rinpoche, disciples from eight different countries will gather to engage in the practices of the Fivefold Mahammudra and the Six Yogas of Naropa from September 2004 until December 2007, under the direction of the retreat master, Drupon Champa Ringzin Rinpoche.
The retreat will take place in both English and Tibetan. Teachings will take place in English, and the texts have been gratefully translated into English, with thanks to many people who made great efforts to have the texts ready in time for the retreat. Pujas will be learnt in Tibetan.
